What are the Box Office opening hours?
We are available by telephone from 10:00am to 5:30pm Monday-Friday. If we are unable to answer your call, please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as we are able. We deal with enquiries by email as quickly as possible and endeavour to respond within one business day. Please note, the Box Office is closed on weekends and Bank Holidays.
How do I purchase a ticket?
Tickets can be purchased online through our website or in person on the door. Unfortunately, we are no longer able to take credit card payments by phone. If you are unable to complete your purchase online, please phone the Box Office on 020 7553 4039 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
How will I receive my tickets?
Your tickets will automatically be posted to you at least five working days before the date of the concert. If the concert is less than a week away at the time of booking, your tickets will be held for collection on the door.
My tickets didn’t arrive – what do I do?
Please phone the Box Office on 020 7553 4039 or email email@example.com. We can update you regarding the status of your order or arrange duplicate tickets if necessary.
What time does the venue open?
The doors to the church will open at approximately 7:00pm for a 7:30pm start.
How long does the concert last?
Unless specified otherwise, the concert will last approximately two hours, including a short interval.
Are seats reserved?
No, seating is unreserved and you may sit in any available seat on a first come, first served basis.
Can I buy a drink at the venue?
Your ticket will entitle you to one complimentary glass of wine or soft drink upon the surrender of the ticket stub. If you would like a second drink, we ask that you kindly make a donation to Eaton Square Concerts.
